C & L Properties is a small family owned residential homebuilding and remodeling company, the general contractor of which has over 30 years personal experience in the industry.  C & L has been operational since 2000 with new homes and remodeling in Washington County, Beaverton, Tigard, SW Portland, Newberg, Oregon City and Sherwood.

Larry is a business graduate of Portland State University.  He is a hands-on builder dedicated to producing a quality product.  He also possesses personal construction capabilities and can be found on site to manage process, schedule changes and remedy any problems that may arise, which is a critical aspect to completing the project in a timely manner.

We are extremely proud of our end result, whether new construction or home remodeling and endeavor to keep clients informed and involved in the entire process.  Most of our talented subcontractors, with a great deal of mutual respect, have been with us for years. Additionally, the inner circle features superb interior finish work by daughter and husband team with contractor licenses.

C & L is a member in good standing with HBA of Metro Portland and has participated in and won building excellence awards in past home shows.  Client references are available for both new home construction and home remodeling.
